These Terms of Service govern your use of TuneBox, a local music player developed by HONGKONG HUIG TRADING LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using TuneBox, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TuneBox is designed to provide a private, offline music listening experience. The App allows you to import local audio files, create and manage playlists, and play music without relying on streaming services or cloud storage.
TuneBox does not provide music content, streaming, or downloads. All audio files must be supplied by you from your own local device storage.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use TuneBox on your compatible device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not allow you to copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make the App available to others except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
Your use of TuneBox must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to the following:
All content you add to TuneBox remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your music, playlists, or personal files.
TuneBox accesses local files on your device only as needed to provide playback and playlist management. The App does not upload your music or personal files to our servers.
In order to maintain and improve TuneBox, we may collect anonymous diagnostic and crash data. This data may include device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs. It does not include your personal audio files or playlist content.
We may use third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics to process diagnostic data. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about TuneBox, you agree that we may use them without restriction. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to incorporate feedback into the App or related services.
TuneBox and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by HONGKONG HUIG TRADING LIMITED or its licensors. The App's design, text, graphics, and software are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
We may update TuneBox to add features, improve performance, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with operating system updates. Updates may be installed automatically or through the app store on your device.
We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely, and the App may require newer versions of the operating system to function correctly.
TuneBox is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, security, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices, audio formats, or operating system versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TuneBox. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, lost music files, device malfunction, or other losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to TuneBox is limited to the amount you paid to download the App, if any. If you did not pay for the App, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TuneBox if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the App, other users, or our business. Termination is without prejudice to any rights or remedies we may have.
Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms ends immediately. You must stop using the App and uninstall it if required.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TuneBox after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to TuneBox will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding TuneBox and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the App.
